Precision Uncoiler Straightener Features
1.Adopting special non section double speed equipment to control the material output speed.
2.17 pieces smaller diameter work rollers remove the coil set from material and ensure precision processing high level of material flatness.
3.Back up rollers improve the accuracy of leveling performance by lowering work roll deflection.
4.The upper work rollers feature a 4-point micrometer adjustment system that is appropriate for applications requiring highly precise processing quality.
5.The rollers have a long service life due to their construction from bearing steel SUJ2 and heat treatment quenching at 60 HRC after harsh chromium plating and grinding.
6. Include a gear lubrication system that is compatible with any feeding device.
