First, the working principle
The working principle of the uncoiling and leveling machine is to use the cooperation of the upper and lower roller system and the positioning roller system to uncoiling, leveling and positioning the metal sheet. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Uncoiling
Uncoiling is the process of developing sheet metal from the drum state into a flat state. The operator lifts the metal to the guide roller area of the uncoiling device, slowly lays the metal plate on the tiling device through the guide device, and drives the metal plate forward through the manual or automatic control system to achieve uncoiling.
 2. Straightening 
Leveling is the process of flattening the irregular deformation of the metal plate surface, which is convex and concave, and flattening it as much as possible through the sleeve pressing and rolling of the upper and lower roller system. After unwinding, the metal plate will be deformed due to the force at the curl, and the leveling part will be stretched and compressed to a certain extent, and the length of the plate and the straightness of the finished product will be tested by the measurement system.

 3. Positioning
Positioning is the process of positioning and setting the edge of the flat sheet metal. After setting the positioning, the metal plate is moved according to the relevant parameters until it moves to the set positioning position, and is supported and fixed by the positioning roller.
