The configuration of NC Servo metal Punch Press Feeder Stamping line
Step-1: Decoiler Straightener machine, Loading coil and uncoilling coil and straigthening the Coil strips.
Step-2: Feed coil strips to the press machine using the NC Servo Roll Feeder equipment.
Step-3: Power pres machine with the moulds, pressing to the end product

What's the package of your coil feeding machine?
For standard small decoiler, straightener, feeder which go LCL shipping, FANTY will use plastic films cover the equipment, and then fix it into a wooden case.
For the coil feed lines and complete line which go FCL shipping, fanty will fix each part with ropes on the shipping container and then wrapped them with plastic films.
