Loading coil to coil car ->
Coil card load coil to Uncoiler machine ->
Uncoiling coil to straightener ->
Leveling strip (Feeding roller feed strip into leveler part -> leveler rollers are gear driven, motor drive speed reducer to adjust leveling speed-> Leveler rollers relieve the stress from coil strip to ensure good flatness) ->
Feeding machine ->
Feed the setting length to Punch press machine ->
Stamping with tooling ->

Generally, we will take 7 to 60 working days for standard machine after receiving your advance payment.

For customized high precision, speed, thick (10-15mm) and width (1800mm-2200mm) coil feed line (3 in 1 feed line), we need 110-150 days).
How do you install machine for customer?
1. For simple machine, including uncoiling, straightening, feeding, 2 in 1 de-coiler and straightener, we have manual to help user how to make installation and operation.
Also we can provide video to help user make installation.
2. For press feeding system, Automatic Uncoiling Straightening Feeding 3 In 1 Machine, we will provide detail manual, we also provide oversea installation and operation training if need.
