High speed S loop leveller series straightener is upgrade version straightener. Special designed for thin materials that need high precision punching treatment.
As we all know, coil material can not finish good products without the flattening and stress relieving treatments. Therefore, the performance of the straightener is critical in the production process.
The high speed S loop leveller machine is the necessary equipment for realizing synchronous feeding with the punching machine. The speed-regulating motor or inverter controls the feeding speed.

High Speed S Loop Leveller Features
1.The s-type guide system can be fully synchronous with the punching machine. The speed maximum is 60 m/min.
2.High speed S loop leveller feeding speed is controlled by frequency convertor, material enter press through buffer ring track. Material feeding start/stop and feeding speed are control by photoelectric switch instruction, in order to obtain the same speed as the press machine.
3.The flattening and the straightening secondary wheels adopt the imported SUJ2, milling after HRC60°heat treatment and starts production after plating the hard chrome to ensure evenness of the chrome layers and the form tolerances of each bearing.
