Stainless steel servo roll feeder is powered by servo-motor with the advantages of more feeding accuracy and simple operation. The feeder moves steadily thanks to the PLC system. Servo roll feeder is more suited than conventional feeders when the necessary feed length is greater than 200mm. It's more stable and with longer service life
Servo roll feeder is suitable for the feeding of thick material, the material is not only clamped by the spring, but cylinder, so the fraction doubled, there will be less sliding while feeding.

Stainless Steel Servo Roll Feeder Features
1. It can feed material for various thicknesses and feeding stroke length.

3. With a nice operation panel, users may freely input the feeding length and speed numbers. Feeding length range is 0.1mm-9999.99mm.
4. It uses a faultless pneumatic cylinder releasing technique.

10. User inputs feeding length number at a touch screen by finger, then feeder can feed length as accordingly.
11. Feeding roller surface hardness is HRC60, with chrome plating.
