When choosing, customers often don't know how to choose mechanical relaxation or pneumatic relaxation of punch servo feeder. The following is the relevant difference with you: the functional principle of NC servo feeder is the same, and the feeding accuracy is the same, It's just different in structure and relaxation.
1. The mechanical relaxation mode of the servo feeder is to install a relaxation driving rod device on the sliding block of the punch. When the sliding block of the punch goes down, the driving rod presses down the relaxation device of the feeder body to realize the relaxation action of the upper drum. When it is used, it needs to install auxiliary equipment on the sliding block of the punch. The advantage is that the relaxation action is fast, which is very suitable for short step high-speed processing and production occasions. Disadvantages: not applicable to thick materials (material thickness more than 2.2mm), wide materials or gantry punch.
2. The pneumatic relaxation mode of the servo roller feeder is to connect the relaxation cam group of the punch, the relaxation cam of the punch provides the relaxation signal to the solenoid valve of the feeder, and finally push (or pull) the upper drum through the solenoid valve to control the relaxation cylinder to realize the relaxation action. Disadvantages: the relaxation action is relatively slow, and the advantage is that there is no need to add additional auxiliary parts, which has a wide range of application. In the current stamping industry, because the pneumatic servo roller feeder has a wider range of application, it is necessary to choose this type when the material thickness is more than 2.2mm and the width is more than 400mm.
