In the low-speed punching machine, the clip-type feeder is still available, and the punching machine cannot exert its high-efficiency performance because of the low speed. It only allows the customer to increase the investment cost in vain, but achieves the purpose of improving the production efficiency. Therefore, the customer chooses the feeder should not be blind, you must first understand their needs, and then go to the targeted choice.

First of all, we must find out the material to be stamped. Whether the material is metal or non-metal, whether the material is soft or hard, whether it is easy to be scratched, and the metal material with higher hardness is the normal pull type punch feeder, basically all the feeders. Can meet this requirement; soft materials, non-metallic materials, and easily scratched type materials need to use a special pull type feeder, that is, only air feeder or pneumatic NC feeder can be used. Secondly, look at the brand and tonnage of the punching machine. If it is a high-speed punching machine, in order to ensure the production efficiency, the roller feeder, the clip feeder and the gear feeder should be selected. The roller feeder is mainly suitable for the production of 600 times/min or less and must be The punch has an output shaft. If the speed is exceeded, the other two should be selected. The gear feeder is mainly suitable for the double-head material frame, the S-type leveling machine, the stamping motor and the fixed rotor are special type, and the clip feeder is the most mainstream for high-speed punching. Feeding equipment; again, look at the material thickness, width, feeding step requirements, if the material is above 3.5mm, currently only the NC feeder is suitable, if it is below 3.5mm, it needs additional material width, feeding step requirement to select Finally, it is clear whether the stamping process needs to be changed, whether it is often changed, if there is an NC feeder, it is the first choice.
