The production of stamping automatic production line equipment mainly consists of material rack, leveling machine and feeder. The stamping automation production line has a high degree of automation. In actual use, in addition to simple feeding and unloading, no other operations are required, and the production is completely automated.

1. Material frame: equipment for carrying the coil material and discharging the coil material from the outer ring to the inner coil
2. Leveling machine: The coil material passes between multiple rollers parallel to each other, and the pressure of the upper and lower rollers is used to break and eliminate the bending stress of the coil material, thereby achieving the equipment for leveling the material.
3. Preparation area: The speed of the material leveling machine and the feeder are inconsistent. Therefore, it is necessary to reserve the preparation area. The length of the preparation area varies according to the thickness of the material and the length of the feeding.
4. Feeder: According to the requirements of the stamping die, the equipment for conveying materials to the stamping die is quantitatively measured.
5. Finally, the stamping process
Many customers save on the characteristics of three-in-one feeder, two-in-one rack and leveling machine when purchasing the peripheral equipment for the first time.
It is unclear how the space is occupied and the feeder, leveling machine and material rack are synchronized. In fact, these are due to the preparation area in the stamping production line.
The material rack, leveling machine and feeder of the stamping production line are not connected without gaps, but there is a stocking area between the three, through the stocking area to achieve the synchronization of the three, three-in-one feeder, two in one The space saving space mentioned by the rack and the leveling machine is exactly the saving area.
The meaning of the preparation area: the material rack and the leveling machine are constantly running, and the feeder is intermittently conveying the fixed length material. To this end, a certain waiting space is reserved. When the metal material is discharged through the rack (or leveling machine), a certain arc is formed. When the arc becomes larger and contacts the sensor frame, the 24V current will be turned on, so that the intermediate relay in the rack (or leveling machine) A jump occurs to stop the machine. When the material leaves the sensor frame due to the feeding of the feeder, the machine will continue to operate. This cycle operation realizes on-demand quantitative distribution and achieves the purpose of automatic control.
Size of the preparation area: The size of the preparation area needs to be accurately calculated, which is related to the feeding length, material thickness and punching speed. At the same time, the preparation area wastes the workshop space, and at the same time, the preparation area accumulates too much material, and increases the motor load of the back end machine in the preparation area; if the preparation area is too small, the leveling machine or the material frame will frequently start and stop, causing the motor to burn.
Control method of the preparation area: 24V sensor frame control is the most common control method, but it can only be used for stamping automatic feeding of metal materials. If the material is not conductive, it can be photoelectric switch (no need to touch the material, when the material blocks the beam) The photoelectric switch will start the control device to stop running, and the micro switch (when the material arc becomes larger and the micro switch is touched, the micro switch starts to control the device to stop running) instead.
Therefore, when purchasing a three-in-one feeder, while you are concerned, material racks, leveling machines, and feeders, don't overlook whether there is a problem with the location of the stocking area. As mentioned above, if there is a stocking area, The problem is that the entire punching line will be out of sync, and the different consequences are the deviation of the parts coming out of the punching machine.
