In the stamping industry, the three-in-one servo feeder has a small footprint, saves data utilization, and has high production efficiency. It has always been loved by customers. Many customers do not understand how to install the three-in-one servo feeder. Everyone carefully explained how the three-in-one servo feeder is installed.
How to install the three-in-one servo feeder:
1. Located on the side of the stamping table, set the orientation through the device board.
2. Pull the primary part forward to the key between the slide and the plate. The primary part passes through 2 screw fixing devices
3. When the feed level is inconsistent with the die, it can be adjusted from the slide (0-100mm), then loosen the 2 screws on the slide and adjust the screws on the plate to change the feed level to the desired orientation.
4. To fix the mold, make sure the mold is perpendicular to the drum. The device releases the orientation when punching.
Three-in-one servo feeder adjustment and adjustment machine:
1. Start the straightening machine and the unwinder, loosen the take-up
2. Adjust the clamping wheel according to the width.
3. Adjust the release handle, put the data into the roller, re-adjust the screw with 5mm space on the left side of the handle, and tighten the screw (note: if there is no space, the data will not slide tightly, the feed is not correct, change the thickness, you need to heavy The function of pressing the spring is to let the upper roller press the data until the output, so the pressure is adjusted to not slide. Thicker data, more pressure.
4. After setting the length, you can set the paper feed speed. After setting the number, the actual number is different from the set number as the number of times. Manually adjust the paper feed length.
5. The feed is adjusted by the cam in the punching machine, so that the feed is affected by the angle of the crane shaft in the punching machine. The feed angle is recommended to be 240-90 degrees.
6. After the setting is completed, the mold should be tested and adjusted.
