How to maintain the fuel tank of the punch feeder, the following punch feeder is detailed for everyone to analyze:
1. The metal mesh of the oil supply port should not be removed when the press feeder is running.
2. When replacing the oil, be sure to clean the inside of the fuel tank and the filter of the fuel tank first.
3. Check the air filter element of the vent
4. Confirm the oil level gauge so that the oil level is kept within the upper and lower limits.
5. The bottom of the fuel tank should be drained regularly, and the oil should be pumped every 2-3 months to check the oil contamination and replace if necessary.
6. Check if the oil temperature in the fuel tank is within the proper range with the oil temperature gauge. The maximum oil temperature near the pump suction inlet should not be higher than 55 °C.
