The discharging limit device of the automatic wire feeding heavy material frame is composed of a base, a limit roller and a limit pressure rod. The base is provided with a feeding channel, and the width of the feeding channel is determined according to the size of the aluminum foil used by the winding core of the winding machine. The limit roller is installed on the base, which corresponds to the discharge port of the feeding channel. The limit pressure bar is installed on the base, and the working end of the limit pressure bar corresponds to the front of the limit roller (the front is for the feeding direction, that is, the incoming direction is close to the discharge port of the feeding channel). The limit roller is a circular ring, and a limit plate is convex at both ends of the circular ring. The diameter of the limit plate is greater than that of the limit roller, and the width between the two limit plates is consistent with the width of the wire rod. The limit roller is installed with the base through the roller. A bearing is arranged at both ends of the limit roller, and the bearing is arranged between the limit roller and the roller. The end of the limit pressure bar close to the feeding channel is a plane parallel to the bottom plate of the feeding channel, and the limit pressure bar is installed with the base through bolts. The limit pressure bar is also provided with a pressure bar auxiliary arm, and the elastic part gives the upward thrust to the pressure bar auxiliary arm, so as to increase the pressure of the limit pressure bar on the aluminum foil.
When the automatic wire feeding heavy material decoiler is actually used, the device with the corresponding width of the wire is selected according to the size of the wire used for winding the heavy material rack. After the wire enters the feeding area through the feeding channel and the limit roller, the limit roller can limit the linear movement of the wire in the same plane, so as to achieve the function of tensioning and limiting the offset of the wire, Ensure the stability of materials for subsequent machines (punch, spring machine).
