1. Air feeder:

This is the earliest feeding equipment to realize automatic production used with punch in the stamping industry. It takes the external air source as the power (the air feeder with 8C and above 8C has its own cylinder), clamps the materials through the cylinder, and presses the cylinder down by the floating rod to realize feeding. The adjustment of feeding step and time is realized by the degree of pressing the cylinder down by the floating rod. Among the three types of press feeders, the price of air feeder is the lowest. If the stamping owner does not have high requirements for the precision of the finished products, this type of press feeder can be considered. However, pay special attention to the relatively high failure rate of air feeder and frequent maintenance is required during actual use.

2. NC servo feeder:

This is a punch feeding machine with the highest degree of automation, the widest range of application, the best feeding accuracy and the simplest operation. Its feeding step distance can reach 10m at most, and can transport wide and thick materials that cannot be transported by air feeder and roller feeder. The setting of feeding step distance, speed and times can be input on the touch screen. However, due to the high-end and complex electric control system, So the price is also high.

3. Roller feeder:

This is the most commonly used feeding model with punch at present. Its price is higher than that of air feeder, but lower than that of NC servo feeder. It is the most cost-effective model among the three punch feeders. It has no power. It is powered by the eccentric disc installed on the output shaft of punch, and the feeding step is adjusted by the deflection of eccentric disc. Therefore, the feeding step is limited, The maximum can only be up to 300mm, and the matched punch must have an output shaft.
