1. When the three in one feeder arrives at the customer's factory for unloading and lifting, do not collide with various pipelines, baffles and parts on the equipment, and pay attention to that the tension of various pipelines is not too large to avoid breaking or damage;
2. The center of the three in one feeder and the punch table must be three points and one line, that is, the center of the material rack, the center of the leveling feeder head and the center of the punch table must be in the same straight line, so as to avoid the phenomenon of material deviation. The test method is to pull the straight line before the positioning of the three in one feeder to ensure the accurate placement position;
3. Due to the heavy weight of the three in one feeder, the machine should be installed on the foundation of reinforced concrete structure. The weight of the foundation can be approximately 8-10 times of the weight of the machine (because the three in one feeder must be installed with material rack for production). The depth of the foundation should be greater than the depth of land freezing at this place, The dimensions provided in the attached three in one feeder foundation drawing are the relative positions of the material frame and the leveling feeder head anchor bolts and other relevant parameters. Reserved holes must be reserved at the installation of anchor bolts as the basis for secondary grouting;
4. After the three in one feeder is placed, the oil pressure pipeline, gas circuit pipeline and circuit must be checked as a whole. After confirming that there is no poor contact or breakage, the hydraulic oil can be filled into the oil pressure station and the gas circuit and circuit can be connected;
5. The levelness of the machine must be measured with a level gauge after the rack and head of the three in one feeder are placed. The deviation of the levelness shall be controlled below 2mm within the width of the front wall of the rack. The inspection of the levelness of the rack of the three in one feeder is particularly important, which can ensure that the feeding of the leveling feeder head will not deviate and avoid the instability of the leveling feeding accuracy;
6. Adjust the leveling feeding height of the three in one feeder according to the lower die height of the installation die of the punch. First conduct the inching trial production. After the trial production of the three in one feeder with the punch is confirmed to be free of any problems, fix the screws on the foot of the three in one feeder to prevent the machine from shifting.
