The principle of synchronization between NC feeder and punch is not complicated. Simply speaking, the PLC of NC feeder receives the angular shaft angle signal transmitted by the crankshaft encoder of punch, and realizes feeding and relaxation action at the specified time sequence through operation, so as to achieve the purpose of synchronous operation with punch and ensure the accuracy of each feeding and the reliability of stamping, The installation method of the actual NC servo feeder to achieve this effect is also very simple. Only two groups of cam signals (one group is the feeding signal and the other is the relaxation signal) need to be connected from the punch, and then connected to the PLC in the NC Feeding electromechanical control box.
