1) People are the central link to achieve safe production

Feeder stamping production is a continuous repetitive operation, and most SMEs basically use manual operation. Due to the requirement for high speed and high production efficiency, a shift must be repeated by hand and taken by thousands of times, and the physical exertion is extremely high. Working hours are long, and it is easy for the operator (especially the young worker) to have paralysis thoughts, resulting in mistakes and accidents. At the same time, the production organization of leaders at all levels is not properly arranged, the rules and regulations for production safety are not strict, the safety management is not good, the rules are violated, the safety production is not emphasized, and the operation of workers is illegal, lucky, risky, proud and rash, and large-scale operation by many people. Stamping machine tools are prone to accidents if they are not coordinated enough.

2) Impact of stamping equipment on safe production

Stamping equipment has a great impact on safety production. For example, the punch itself has defects, lack of safety protection devices, clutches and brakes are not flexible enough, the electrical control structure suddenly loses control and the phenomenon of continuous flushing, and the attachment tools are defective, which are important causes of accidents.

3) The impact of unsafe factors on the safety of stamping die

The unsafe state of the mold is directly related to the personal safety of the operator and the normal operation of the stamping production. If in the stamping die structure design process, neither the convenient safety tools are considered, and the convenient safety factors such as feeding, setting, discharging, and cleaning waste are not considered, so that the operator's hand is closed in the mold. The length of stay in the area is too long, which is bound to cause an accident. Therefore, it is extremely important to carry out mold design scientifically and safely.

4) Impact of process documentation on safe production

Process documentation is both a basis for production and an important basis for implementing process discipline. A typical document describing the stamping process is the process specification, which should include the entire process from preparation of the raw materials to stamping out of the finished product.

However, there is a serious loophole in the process documentation, that is, most of the process documents do not clearly specify safety requirements and safety technical measures. In addition, the existing stamping safety regulations are not perfect. For example, the “Procedures” formulated by the factory generally include all the stamped parts. Although it can reflect the commonality of stamping, it cannot reflect its characteristics. The "Procedures" often only write "general use of safety tools" and "hands are not allowed to extend into the mold", but there are no specific technical measures for the different characteristics of each part, so that the actual production process In the long-term, there is a situation in which the hand reaches into the mold to operate, so that the safety management is in the form, and the operator neglects to use the safety device and the tool to risk the operation and cause an accident.

5) The impact of the environment on the operator

The impact of the stamping environment on the operator is also important. If the work site is small, the products are not stacked properly, the operation site is poorly lit, the ventilation is poor, and the noise and the surrounding temperature are too high or too low, which may cause an accident.
