3. The brake device of the high-speed roller feeder has oil stains, resulting in brake failure, or excessive brake friction and loss of friction force. It is necessary to take out and regrind or replace the new brake pad.
4. There are iron filings and foreign matters on the gear roller, resulting in inaccurate feeding.
5. The roller in the one-way clutch is worn, resulting in inaccurate feeding. It needs to be replaced with a new roller. Please contact the manufacturer for replacement.
