In the stamping industry, stamping automation production operations are increasingly valued by enterprises.
Many companies use stamping automation production lines, and many companies are adding stamping
automation equipment to retrofit equipment. What is the specific stamping automation production process?
And what equipment is needed for stamping automation? Here is a brief introduction for everyone.
1.Unwinding: To achieve the automation of stamping, the first step is to use the coil material instead of the
previous sheet material. Therefore, the coil material needs a device called an uncoiler for the unwinding
operation. The appropriate uncoiler can be selected according to the different specifications of the
stamping product materials. The uncoiler has the following types: heavy material frame, cr light material
frame, double-head material frame, and flat electronic feeder.
2. Leveling: The coil material itself has bending stress. If it does not pass the leveling machine operation, it can
not produce qualified products. Only when the raw materials are leveled to eliminate the material stress, can
the qualified products be produced. According to the material specifications of stamping products, suitable
leveling machines, such as precision leveling machines, precision sheet leveling machines, material
straightening machines, and thick plate material straightening machines, can be selected.
3. Feeding: After the flattening of the coil material, it is necessary to quantitatively transport the material into
the stamping die. At this time, the punching feeder equipment is needed. According to different material
specifications, the punching feeder has the following types: air feeder, high speed roller feeder , NC servo
feeder, clip feeder, high speed gear feeder, etc.
4. Receipt: The receiving equipment is needed in some stamping operations. For example, terminals,
connectors, LEDs, etc. need to be packaged for finished products after stamping. According to the
characteristics of the product, the receiver has a terminal receiver, a vertical photoelectric receiver, a horizontal
photoelectric receiver, and a horizontal dual-purpose photoelectric receiver.
