In the feeding process of the three-in-one feeder, in order to meet the accuracy requirements, it is generally required to set the positioning pin in the mold to eliminate the feeding error every time. Therefore, the feeding device needs to have a relaxation function, which is completed in each feeding step. In the future, the feed roller needs to be relaxed to achieve repositioning of each product to eliminate the cumulative error of each feed. In addition, during the use of the three-in-one feeder, the power source used for relaxation is air pressure, and it is generally used in conjunction with the punching machine. Fault one, fault analysis: coil snake
Reason analysis: 1. The width of the material roll and the position of the material stop wheel are improper; 2. The pressure of the roller is uneven; 3. The slippage is stuck; 4. The pressure of the roller is too large.
Exclusion method: 1, re-adjustment; 2, re-adjustment; 3, check whether the mold guide groove is in line with the NC, whether there is scrap in the mold, whether the material has burrs; 4, readjust.
Fault 2: sudden error during feeding
Reason analysis: 1. Whether the adjustment of the material by the NC feeder is suitable; 2. The transmission gap between the roller and the servo motor is too large; 3. The unevenness of the coil material.
Exclusion method: 1. Whether the speed of the leveling machine NC is matched, or whether the intermediate distance between the leveling and the NC, the material arc height and the punching speed are appropriate; 2. The belt is tightened; 3. Check whether the length, width and thickness of the coil material are standard.
Fault three: the feeding error has a fixed direction
Reason analysis: 1. The feed wheel pressure is insufficient; 2. The feed length is too long; 3. The feed is insufficient; 4. There is hair or material in the mold.
Exclusion method: 1. Increase the pressure; 2. Pull the material due to poor removal of the upper mold; 3. Check whether the width of the coil and the position of the mold guide plate are appropriate, or whether the mold and the NC are in line; 4.
