Disadvantages: it is easy to damage the material, and the wear of O-ring will affect the feeding accuracy.
2、 High speed roller feeder
It is the most popular feeder used in punch industry. Its advantages are: high feeding precision, fast speed and no energy consumption. Durable and basically trouble free.
Disadvantages: it is inconvenient to adjust the feeding step, the length of the feeder is limited (generally the step is within 300mm), and the punch can be installed only after the output shaft is required.
3、 NC servo roller feeder
It is a feeder with the widest range of application driven by servo motor. Its advantages are: convenient operation, high feeding accuracy, multi-stage feeding, convenient setting of feeding length, and the maximum feeding length can reach 9999.99mm. The air feeder and roller feeder can do it, and the NC feeder can also do it. It is widely used in the stamping industry with wide shelf materials and long feeding steps, such as automobiles, electrical appliances, computer accessories and so on. Disadvantages: the price is slightly higher.
4、 Gripper feeder
It is mainly aimed at the high-speed punch pressing terminal or raw materials with narrow thickness and short length of feeder. When high-speed stamping is required, Gripper feeder should be selected. It has the advantages of high precision, fast feeding speed, up to 1200 times / min, no noise and high stability.
Disadvantages: the scope of application is small.
5、 Belt type high speed gear replacement feeder
Belt type high-speed gear feeder is suitable for high-speed processing and punching products requiring high-precision feeding. The change of feeding length is formed by the transformation of 1-4 gears.
