The automatic feeder is used as a machine for conveying materials. The application industry is very extensive and is one of the necessary equipment in light industry and heavy industry.

The principle is also the machine that carries out the required transport of the material by means of the motion generated by the electric power and the force of the motion is applied to the material. In modern power feeders, the technology has revolutionized the power. For example, some emerging technologies such as high-pressure air and ultrasonic power transmission have begun to be used in feeders.

The practical application of the automatic feeder shows that the selection of a reasonable AC servo system can meet the requirements of fast response speed, high speed precision and strong robustness of the control system. The actual position control accuracy is up to ±0.1mm and the cumulative error can be avoided. The control system can be applied to the production of high-precision open series cold-formed steel products, especially products similar to the shelf column, that is, the cold-bending forming production line for the online pre-punching of the cold-formed steel vertical and the side with high precision requirements for the hole position. on. In the process of mechanical use, the internal parts of the machine may cause wear and other problems. For the sake of mechanical performance and mechanical safety, the maintenance of the feeder should pay special attention to the following six points.

1. The gear part of the roller is coated with gear butter and added to replace the gear oil.

2. Whether there is dirt between the rollers and whether there are foreign objects between the gears.

3. Whether the feeding roller has good parallelism.

4. Whether the screws and nuts combined between the various mechanisms of the feeder are loose.

5. Is the switch and display on the operation panel abnormal?

6. Whether there are abnormal phenomena such as damage and deformation in each part.

Note on using the automatic feeder:

(1) Guarantee the best mold gap The mold gap refers to the sum of the gaps between the punches into the lower mold, which is related to the thickness, material and stamping process. Choosing a suitable mold gap can ensure good punching. Quality, reduce burrs and collapse, keep the sheet flat, effectively prevent the material from being mixed and prolong the life of the mold. The automatic feeder can determine whether the mold gap is appropriate by checking the condition of the stamping waste. If the gap is too large, the scrap will have a rough undulating fracture surface and a small shiny surface. The larger the gap, the larger the angle formed between the fracture surface and the shiny surface, the curling and fracture will occur when punching, and even a thin edge protrusion will appear. Conversely, if the gap is too small, the scrap will have a small angle of fracture and a large shiny surface. When performing local punching such as grooving, nibbling, shearing, etc., the lateral force will deflect the punch and cause the unilateral clearance to be too small, and sometimes the edge offset may excessively scratch the lower die, causing rapid wear of the upper and lower dies. When the mold is punched with the best clearance, the fracture surface and the shiny surface of the scrap have the same angle and overlap each other, so that the punching force is minimized and the punching burr is small.

(2) Timely sharpening can effectively extend the service life of the mold. If the workpiece has excessive burrs or abnormal noise during stamping, the mold may be passivated. The CNC feeder checks the punch and the lower mold when the edge is worn. When an arc with a radius of about 0.10mm is sharpened, practice has shown that it is often necessary to perform a small amount of sharpening instead of waiting for the non-grinding to re-sharp, not only maintaining good workpiece quality, but also reducing the punching force. Can extend the life of the mold more than doubled.
