The structure of the three-in-one feeder is composed of automatic material rack (unwinding machine), automatic material leveling machine, numerical control feeder, scissor frame, etc., which can realize the unwinding, precise feeding and shearing of the sheet material. 1. Uncoiler: welded frame, hydraulic expansion and contraction reel, increase the blade type design, ensure that there is no gap in the rise state when the open state is stable, durable, motor drive unwinding (frequency control), there is pressure on the coil material The device ensures no looseness, and the width of the pressing device is convenient to adjust; the material-rolling core-up mechanism has the design of the anti-rolling material in the coil and the design of the anti-rolling material in the coil. During the moment of starting and during the movement of the trolley, the coil material does not appear to be turned over, tilted or dumped; the feeding is labor-saving, time-saving and safe.

3, automatic material leveling machine: integrated with the feeder, servo motor drive; upper and lower roller gap adjustable and display gap value. After leveling, there is no indentation on the surface of the sheet, and there will be no wave or undulation inequality after the material is leveled. The leveling machine's leveling roller drive gear set has good lubrication design, and the daily lubrication point check is convenient and reliable.

4. The channel steel is connected to the leveling machine and the leveling machine is integrated. The frame cover can be opened to facilitate equipment wiring and inspection and maintenance. There is a steel coil feeding and receiving mechanism at the entrance of the leveling machine to avoid the need to carry the feeding operation of the steel coil head to the feeder by manpower.

5. CNC feeding machine: equipped with feeding and discharging centering adjustment mechanism, convenient, reliable operation, replacement and maintenance; wrong feeding detection device can detect the feeding length, and the feeding length can be set on the display as needed.

6. Operation handle: The operation handle is in line with the employee's operating habits and maintenance requirements. The wireless remote control is used, and the remote control distance is greater than 5 meters.

7. Scissors frame: The structure of the tool holder is firm and reliable, and the blade gap is easy to adjust. There are shear material control gap adjustment table and gap scale display.
