What should I do if the servo feeder is not correct feeding

Compared with the air feeder and the roller feeder, the servo feeder is already a high-precision feeder type. The feeding accuracy is generally 0.05mm. If the guide is positioned, the accuracy of ±0.02mm can be obtained. No matter which type of feeder, there will be more or less inaccurate feeding, servo feeder is no exception, no manufacturer dare to 100% packet feeding accuracy, the following will sort out some servo feeder feeding for you. Inaccurate solution:

1. The servo feeder's feeding roller pressure is insufficient, resulting in slippage and inaccurate feeding. Adjust the pressure screw to increase the roller pressure.

2. In the servo feeder gear, iron scrap foreign matter is needed. It is necessary to remove iron filings and foreign matter. Pay attention to cleaning and maintenance.

3, servo motor drive belt clearance is too large, you need to remove the cover to adjust the belt clearance.

4. The adjustment of the relaxation time angle is too late, causing the mold guide pin to leave the material guide hole. The roller has not pressed the material to cause the material to retreat and adjust the correct relaxation time.

5. The feeding roller enters the oil stain and causes slipping. It is necessary to clean the oil stain and keep the roller clean.

Now that we know the reasons for these errors, in fact, as long as you pay attention to these issues, it is completely preventable, but I still want to provide you with some suggestions for prevention:

1. Whether the air pressure is unstable or not, you can check it out. This mainly refers to the air feeder. This has been highlighted above.

2. Is the feeder speed too fast? Generally speaking, the servo feeder is at most 150-200 in one minute. If you play too much, the feeder can't keep up, it is easy to cause the feed to be inaccurate.

3. Is there a problem with the mold? You can try to manually check the product to see if there is a problem with the mold.

4. Check if the feeder has air leakage (depending on pneumatic relaxation or mechanical relaxation).

5. Relaxation is not good enough, that is to say, whether the cooperation between the punching cam and the feeder is synchronized. If you can't relax, try adjusting the punch cam or the feed box.

6. Whether the material is too oily, it is easy to cause the feeding to slip.
