Pre-maintenance of press class
(1) Check whether the oil pool, oil level, oil standard is in line with the specified standards, if not meet the timely replenishment of oil.
(2) Check whether the button is flexible, there is no jamming. (3) Check whether the motor grounding wire is loose, detached or damaged.
If there is loosening should be fastened, shedding or damage should notify the maintenance personnel to deal with.
(4) Check whether the safety protection device is complete and reliable.
(5) Check whether the handle is flexible.
(6) Tighten the loosening of the various parts of the nut.
Maintenance in the Press class
(1) Start the hydraulic pump, check the effect of the hydraulic pump is good, the sealing parts and pipelines have no blockage and leakage.
(2) Check the function of the limit switch is good, the touch block positioning is normal.
(3) Keep an eye on the temperature rise of each running part and sound is normal.
After-class maintenance of pressure machine
(1) Check and sweep the active parts.
(2) Each control handle (switch) is placed in neutral (0-bit). (3) inspection, cleaning, finishing and working area.
