Disadvantages of air feeder: it is easy to damage the material, and the wear of O-ring will affect the feeding accuracy.
2 . High speed roller feeder: roller feeder is the most widely used feeding equipment at present. Its principle is that it is connected with the output shaft of the punch through the connecting rod, driven by the punch press, and the feeding length of the feeder is adjusted by adjusting the deflection amplitude of the eccentric disc.
Advantages of high-speed roller feeder: high feeding accuracy, high speed, no additional energy supply, and very low failure rate.
Disadvantages of high-speed roller feeder: due to the limited deflection of eccentric disc, the maximum feeding length can only reach 300mm, and the adjustment of feeding step is inconvenient. The punch needs output shaft to install.
3. High speed gear replacement feeder is an intermittent feeding mode driven by cam. The change of feed distance is formed by the transformation of 2 ~ 4 gears.
Advantages of high-speed gear replacement feeder: unique split cam mechanism and precision gear ensure high-precision and high-speed feeding. There is no need to adjust the feeding thickness, and the feeding distance can only be changed by gear. The release device is an eccentric cam, so the release angle can be adjusted freely from 0 ° ~ 180 °.
Disadvantages of high-speed gear replacement feeder: small scope of application and high price.
4. Servo feeder is a model that uses a full set of CNC system to drive the feeding roller to realize the feeding machine. The feeding parameters (length, speed and quantity) can be set on the touch screen to complete a set of simple feeding length, which is unlimited
Advantages: high servo feeding precision, multi-stage feeding, long stepping function, convenient operation and debugging, high degree of customization (various thick plates, swing type), especially suitable for precision machining occasions
Disadvantages: high model cost
5. The clamp feeder is driven by cam, and uses the design mode of one arc cam and three plate cams to realize high-speed and stable feeding. The built-in detection mechanism can detect the blockage or deformation of materials. The 165 degree feeding interval angle makes the material stay longer in the punch press. Combined with the die guide pin, the release time of material during guiding can be adjusted. Round or square wire can be transported.
Advantages of clip feeder: the feeding speed can be synchronized with the punch, and the fastest speed can reach 1200 times / min. its feeding precision is higher, more stable, and the machine is lighter and smaller. It is suitable for feeding and processing of ultra-thin materials, such as high-precision and high-speed stamping of connectors, lead frames, inspection parts and so on.
Disadvantages of clip feeder: it is generally used for feeding materials with materials of 0.1 ~ 0.5mm, with small application range and relatively high price.
