There are many kinds of feeders, but the feeding accuracy is consistent in general measurement. In daily work, if the machine has inaccurate feeding, it will cause a series of product processing problems and may cause machine damage.
How to measure the feeding accuracy? Here are three simple measurement methods introduced by the feeder manufacturer:
1. When measuring the lining, put the mold on the mold frame, take the mold as the reference, and observe whether each feeding is consistent with the steps of the mold. If the feeding is too much or too little after a certain number of times, it indicates that the feeding machine is inaccurate.
2. During the measurement, the punch does not need to install the mold. Make a mark on the material before feeding, and then make the second mark after feeding for ten consecutive times. Return to the mark before the first feeding, and then feed again for ten times. Observe whether it is in the same position as the second mark. If it is in the same position, it indicates that the feeding of the feeder is accurate, If there is a certain gap, but within the error range of the feeder, the feeder is also accurate. If the difference exceeds the error range of the feeder, it indicates that the feeder feeding is inaccurate.
Measure whether the feeding roller is not suitable for the material feeding machine for three times, and then measure whether the material feeding machine is accurate according to the feeding method of the single feeding machine for three times, and then measure whether the feeding roller is not suitable for the material feeding machine for three times, Because the high-speed roll feeder is driven by the output shaft of the punch, the output shaft of the punch usually has a certain clearance. When feeding with single action, the feeding will be unstable due to the clearance of the output shaft.
If it is determined that the feeding of the feeder is accurate after subsequent measurement, and the length of the product after stamping is still unqualified, it is said that the problem lies in the error in the die or shearing. If it is determined that the feeding of the feeder is inaccurate, it is necessary to check whether the quality of the feeder itself is not good, or the feeder is not well adjusted or there are other external factors.
