Working principle of progressive blanking process: compared with the traditional single punch blanking die, the blanking progressive die is added with a stop sensor and a stop sensor. The blanking progressive die is provided with a plurality of blanking punches and concave parts on the upper die and the lower die respectively. In particular, the equidistant staggered distribution can be used to punch multiple blanking parts on one plane at the same time. This distribution of stamping parts can ensure that the pressure of each pressure part is balanced during stamping, so as to prevent the problem of inconsistent shape of blanking finished products due to uneven stress, This also ensures the feeding accuracy of the punch feeder
