After the uncoiler operates for a long time, it is inevitable that there will be faults due to improper operation, use and maintenance. Here are the fault causes and solutions of the common solutions to the non operation of the uncoiler.
Use of Uncoiler
1、 Uncoiler does not operate due to line and electric cabinet failure:
1. The electric control box is not connected to the external power supply, and the power indicator is not on. After inspection, connect the cable and ensure that the power indicator is on.
2. The uncoiler does not operate automatically due to the feeding of induction line. After inspection, reconnect it.
3. The time relay and transformer in the electric cabinet are damaged, resulting in the machine not running. After inspection, replace with new time relay and transformer.
4. The AC contactor in the electric control box is damaged, resulting in the machine not running. After inspection, replace the AC contactor with a new one.
Uncoiler commissioning
2、 Uncoiler failure caused by machine failure:
1. The coil is too heavy, and the load of the uncoiler drum is too large to run.
2. The main shaft bearing of the uncoiler is damaged, resulting in the uncoiler not running. Replace the spindle bearing.
3. The uncoiler does not operate because the drive belt of the uncoiler falls off. Retighten the drive belt.
3、 The uncoiler does not operate due to the failure of motor and reducer.
1. Check whether the motor has operation action and sound. If not, the motor is damaged [very unlikely].
2. If the motor operates but the reducer does not operate, check whether the shaft clamp connected between the motor and the reducer falls off. If not, the reducer is damaged [the probability is very small].
