The NC servo feeder has been widely used in the processing industries of stamping, shearing and slitting due to its series of advantages such as accurate feeding, easy operation, high stability, low failure rate and self-checking function. However, the NC servo feeders commonly used in the market have an obvious drawback, that is, they cannot be used for high-speed feeding, and the feeder speed is often less than 180 times per minute.

Comparison of two NC feeders

There are two main reasons for the slow speed of the NC servo feeders commonly used in the market: First, the low-speed PLC programmable controller used in the electronic control system, the response time is too long, and the pulse command cannot be issued efficiently and quickly; The relaxation cylinder pushes the upper drum out of the lower drum. This process requires the punching cam to send a signal to the solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve is used to control the cylinder movement, which is not only susceptible to external air source and electronic accessories, but also has a slow relaxation speed. It is precisely because of these two reasons that the NC servo feeders commonly used in the market are difficult to make fast, clear, and relaxed movements in place. The thin plates are “stagnated” during the high-speed feeding process, so that they cannot be swift and precise. The ground feed is in place.



In order to truly meet the needs of high-speed stamping processing,  we has produced a high-speed NC servo feeder for such customers. It replaces the commonly used low-speed PLC with high-speed PLC and replaces it with the most advanced mechanical lever lever relaxation mechanism. The commonly used cylinder-driven relaxation action, combined with the centralized control of the electrical system, can accurately and quickly realize the cycle precision control of “feeding_relaxing_feeding...”, achieving high-speed step feeding and feeding speed 300 times / min.


When the  high-speed NC servo feeder is actually used, the control panel setting program is accurately and quickly converted into a pulse signal to drive the servo drive and motor operation by the high-speed PLC (standard Taiwan Xinjie high-speed PLC). The servo motor passes the synchronous pulley. Drive the feeding roller for fast and accurate feeding. The clamping of the high-speed NC servo feeder is realized by the clamping gas spring. The relaxation adopts the floating connection structure of the upper feeding roller and the technical means of loosening the clamping drive mechanism of the upper feeding roller. The relaxing cam relaxes the positive and negative of the servo motor. Driven by the reciprocating rotation of the amplitude (20-100°), the movement of the mechanical roller lever device drives the upper and lower movements of the floating roller frame to realize the change of the gap between the upper feeding roller and the lower feeding roller, thereby realizing the material. Quick and relaxing action.
