When the NC numerical control feeder is used with the plate shears, the plates can be sent to the plate shears for cutting when the plates meet the cutting size, which has high working efficiency, high plate utilization rate, safe cutting operation, less injury accidents and low labor cost. The cutting size is input into the PLC control system, which can automatically adjust the change (cyclic setting) according to the demand to ensure the dimensional accuracy of each cutting. At the same time, by inputting the shear size of different specifications (setting the number of segments), the shear of materials with different lengths can be completed in one operation, which greatly improves the work efficiency.


Work flow of NC feeder and plate shears: introduce the metal plate to be cut into the feeder through the support frame, set the size of the plate to be cut on the touch screen of NC feeder, and set n sizes according to the cutting sequence. Click automatic. At this time, the PLC control system controls the servo motor to work, drives the feeding roller to rotate through the synchronous belt pulley drive, and the metal plate will move towards the plate shear. When the metal plate moves below the scissors of the shear, the feeding roller stops running, the scissors drop, and the uneven head will be flattened. After the scissors cut off the head and rise, the PLC controls the feeding roller to rotate again, When the required feeding length is reached, the feeding servo motor stops working and the plate shear cuts. When the scissors are reset after the first shearing, the PLC control system will send out the control signal again and the servo motor will work. Repeat the above process until the shearing times are reached or the plate with tailings cannot meet the shear size requirements.


After the above improvements, the original complex operation process is simplified into automatic operation, which not only reduces the requirements for the operator, improves the cutting accuracy, but also greatly improves the efficiency. This set of improvement scheme has been unanimously praised.
