The NC zigzag feeder and the bottom of the punch are equipped with parallel double guide rails. When the whole production line is working, the motor will push the feeder to the working area of the punch, and the machine tool and the ground will be locked and positioned (the installation drawing of the ground screw hole will be provided). When the production line is not in use, the feeder will be pulled back along the guide rail and pulled back to 4.5m for locking and positioning.


During production, we first input the speed of the feeder, the speed of the left and right yaw distance, the step distance of the feeder and the frequency of the feeder into the NC left and right yaw feeder. The system directly calculates the running speed curve with the preset addition and subtraction rate, maximum speed, S-curve and target length as the basic parameters, and directly drives the servo motor to automatically run to positioning. The machine starts. When the conveying length reaches the specified value, the coil conveying stops. The servo system sends a signal to the punch, the crankshaft is engaged, the cutting edge is closed, the coil material is cut off, circulated in turn and worked automatically until the processing reaches the production quantity set on the counter in advance, and the whole production line stops working.
