1. The power supply of the leveling machine depends on the frequency converter used by the leveling machine. When a single compartment 220V frequency converter is used, the motor wiring mode is three compartment 220V. If the wiring is wrong, the motor will be burned.
2. For the installation of relevant equipment, refer to the drawings in instruction 11 to find out the relative position with the punch, that is, find out the center line of the die feeding of the punch and make it consistent with the center line of the machine.
3. The leveling machine shall not be overloaded. The operators on the production site must operate in accordance with the provisions of the manual. Especially in loading and leveling, they need to master the essentials and pay attention to safety. A specially assigned person shall be present for supervision. In case of any abnormality, the punch must be stopped first, and then the leveling and feeding device must be stopped.
4. When the machine is in automatic operation, the leveling machine is controlled by the induction device. In the manual state, "forward rotation" and "reverse rotation" can control the advance and retreat of materials for the convenience of sample. When automatic feeding is required, the selection switch of the leveling machine must be pulled to the "automatic" position. Otherwise, the straightening machine will run automatically and the punch will pull the material, which will cause mechanical damage and other hazards. During the operation of leveling machine, forward and reverse rotation are not optional, and the machine shall be shut down first; Select forward and reverse rotation after the emergency stop is opened; When coiling materials, pay attention not to touch the wire, so as to prevent the wire from being scratched.
