Use of uncoiling Decoiler:
1. Place the Decoiler in a suitable position near the punch or cutting machine.
2. Install the material reel, adjust the material distribution and fix it firmly.
3. After leading the material belt to the automatic feeding device of the punch, install the induction control lever.
4. Close the switch, check the action of material rack bogie and microswitch, and production can be carried out only after confirming that the equipment is normal.
Maintenance of uncoiled Decoiler:
The oil of worm gear reducer is changed every six months.
Always keep all parts of the machine clean.
More importantly, the products must be used in compliance and reasonable manner
